Anwar Faisal is a Boston-based real estate entrepreneur, business leader, and philanthropist whose career reflects perseverance, education, and community impact. Born in the Gaza Strip, Palestine, Faisal pursued opportunities through education and hard work, eventually building a successful real estate portfolio across the Greater Boston area. After graduating from Ain Shams University in Egypt and later earning a master’s degree in communications from Boston University, Faisal began investing in real estate in 1984 with the purchase of a modest one-bedroom apartment. That investment became the foundation for Alpha Management Corporation, which today manages thousands of residential units near Boston’s major universities. Beyond business, Faisal is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. He donates a significant portion of his income to charitable causes and supports organizations including The Boston Islamic Seminary and The Palestinian Cultural Center for Peace.
